My girlfriend and I watched a video where an animated banana exclaims "I'm a banana" after that she started repeating the line and it was freakin adorable when she did. At the time one of her nicknames was boo so I decided to mush them together and she became my little boonana.

i came up with this name because we cudlle all the time and shes always warm and we were sleeping one day and we woke up and i kissed her and called her my perfect georgous cuddley bear
