I gave this nickname to one of my best guy friends (his name is jack) since he wouldn't let me call him jackie-chan lol. i txted it to him and he's like, "foo-foo? that's almost as bad as jackie-chan, but i like it so i'll take it" and it stuck :) for any guy that you're close to, and/or is really funny and always doing crazy stuff
